Ella Coleman, crowned as Miss Teen United States – 2023, is confident, outgoing, respectful, and passionate about this upcoming year as Miss Teen United States to make a difference in her community and nationwide.
Ella Coleman was raised in the Golden State, California. She is a senior in high school and couldn't be more excited to graduate this spring. Her career ambition is to earn a bachelor's degree in education. She hopes to teach at her own Montessori preschool. In her career as a future teacher, she wants to create a nurturing environment where children can learn and grow according to their individual needs.
As the founder of her non-profit organization Accessible Community Tutoring (ACT), she was inspired to create her organization from her own personal experiences. She didn’t have the resources on her own to be successful in school and wants to change this for all the students to come. Ella provides under-resourced students with a tutor that allows them to pursue their academic goals. One of Ella’s accomplishments this year has been partnering up with the Boys & Girls Club of America to make a difference in students' academic lives. Ella has always done her best to support and contribute to her community and has been a member with the National Charity League for the last 7 years. National Charity League (NCL) is a philanthropic organization where mothers and daughters volunteer together in the community at non-profit organizations. Together they donate around three million hours annually to over 6,000 charities in the United States. National Charity League has been an amazing experience for Ella with her leadership growth, confidence, providing in-depth support to local communities, and inspiring legacy self-awareness. Ella’s proudest accomplishment so far this year has been receiving the Presidential award for volunteering 100+ hours to her community.
