Brea Estep
Brea Sharron Estep is an Integrative Health Practitioner, Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and business coach with over a decade of experience in the health and fitness industry. She was born and raised in Greensboro NC where she graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with her bachelor’s in business and became the owner of Foundation Fitness studio for 8.5 years. Brea recently moved to Morehead City NC with her husband Tim and two pups, to enjoy living their best life at the beach. She is proud to represent her home state as Mrs. North Carolina United States - 2021 and now Mrs. United States - 2021, where she promotes her platform, her non profit Youth Fitness Link. Which shares her life’s mission statement “build health positive relationships on the inside and out in order to combat adolescent obesity and teach healthy lifestyle changes.
Brea states “The top causes of diseases in the US are all life style preventable including 1 in 3 adults diagnosed with cancer. Because this statistic and so many more are rapidly rising, it’s my mission to empower lifestyle change - starting with our youth, by making fitness fun and attainable.” She considers fitness and kids to be her passion and through working with her church’s middle school youth group as well as over a decade in the health and fitness industry she created Youth Fitness Link in 2017 to accomplish her mission.
In addition to her non-profit Brea promotes her platform of health and fitness with her online fitness groups, free online workouts, volunteering/making appearances with organizations including working nationally with the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, Girl Scouts, Wounded Warrior, Susan G. Komen, Hospice, Out of the Garden Project and various other local charities.
As Mrs. United States - 2021 she will continue her national initiative to create impact in health and fitness for youth and the entire family through her Holistic Health Cookbook, Integrative health course, YouTube Fitness Channel, #WOW initiative and a virtual 5K. In addition, supporting her sister Queens in their respective platforms and missions is also part of her mission. According to Brea, “Together we can be the change we wish to see in the world.”
